TRAINING SCHEDULE

Our training groups are designed to assist members to achieve their training goals, whether it's to walk a mile or complete a half marathon. In addition to the weekly Saturday training, we have  a number of options during the week at satellite locations.  

  • Sunday morning, 9 a.m., Walk group at Sports Basement Sunnyvale

  • Monday night, 6:30 p.m., Hill Training OR Pace Training, Coyote Creek Trail.  Silver Creek Sportsplex parking lot at Embedded Way.

  • Thursday night, 6:30 p.m., Core/Strength/Speed & Form Training at the Campbell Community Center track. Meet at northeast corner by snack bar/restrooms/picnic tables.

Our training philosophy is designed to support and encourage people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. 

  • In Motion: for those recovering from injury or just starting a training program for the first time.

  • 5K/10K: Training goal is to complete a 5K or 10K

  • Half: Training goal is to do a half marathon
