Our Coaches & Group Leaders

RPD coaches and group leaders are committed to bringing out the best athlete in every one of our members, while respecting their individual goals.  Our training philosophy is designed to support and encourage people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. To achieve that, our members are placed in a group according to their mile time. Their time is established on Opening Day: each person does a timed mile at their own comfortable pace.

  • Level 1: 19 minute mile and over

  • Level 2: 13 to 18 minute mile

  • Level 3: 12 minute mile and below

RPD coaches and leaders take their responsibility for the well-being and safety of our members seriously.  They are all required to have current American Red Cross First Aid certification and CPR training.
