Level 2 Coach
I joined the Red Power Divas during the summer of 2013. I had first noticed them at a race and I really liked how they cheered for each other and noticed the camaraderie between them. After the race, I visited their tent and picked up an application. I was at the next Saturday training, and haven’t missed too many training sessions since then.
This is my 6th year as a Red Power Diva, and my third year coaching. I'm very excited to be part of the coaching team.
I look forward to inspiring others on their fitness journey. I really get a lot of enjoyment from walking, and love the opportunity to share my enjoyment and give any support that I can to other Divas and Divos. My personal fitness goals are to continue to lose weight, and achieve a personal 10K record, while kicking it up a notch this year with a bit of interval training.
We are going to have a wonderful year. RED ROCKS!
