From Slow Walkers to Marathoners

The Red Power Divas are committed to year-round fitness. We believe that staying connected and supporting each other as a community makes each of us stronger and more likely to achieve our fitness goals.
During our regular season, we meet every Saturday morning from May through October at the Campbell Park basketball courts - just a few yards from the Los Gatos Creek trailhead. We gather at 7:30 a.m. and use the first half hour meet and greet each other, listen to a brief educational seminar on a health and fitness related subject, and hit the trail! We also have a Thursday night training session at the Campbell track (next to the Campbell Community Center) that focuses on strength training, speed, and endurance.
During our Winter (off-season) Training, which runs from November through April, we gather on the first Saturday of each month to explore various trails in the Bay Area. There are also a number of other active walking groups within RPD - you can learn about them on our Facebook page and in our monthly newsletter.
